2012.

During the close season the Club successfully applied to HMRC for accreditation as a Community Amateur Sports Club (CASC).

In addition, two major improvements have been carried out at the Club:

1) The old "shed" toilet, which has been in existence since 1905, has been demolished, and replaced with a new modern block. The new block which incorporates Ladies/disabled and Gents toilets, has been designed to blend with the Clubhouse. The block is constructed from wood which was supplied by Hales Sawmills. Apart from the plumbing, the work has been carried out by Club members under the leadership of Chairman Malcolm Walwyn.
2) The ceiling to the Clubhouse has been insulated, lined with plywood and painted. Again this work has been carried out solely by Club members.

This year the Club has teams entered in the following Leagues.
- Whitchurch and District Bowling League (WDBL)- 2 teams.
- Market Drayton and District Bowling League (MDBL) - 3 teams.
- 'Osprey' Market Drayton Senior Citizens Bowling League (MDSCBL) - 3 teams

31st August
Whitchurch 'A' team have qualified for the final in the 'Jubilee Doubles' competition to be played on Saturday 15th September. Venue and time to be set.
